USET Names Eventing Team and Individuals For World Equestrian Games

The United States Equestrian Team (USET) has announced the horse-and-rider combinations that will compete as the Eventing Team and as individuals for the United States at the 2002 World Equestrian Games (WEG) in Jerez, Spain, September 11-22.

Named to the Team are:

Amy Tryon - Redmond, WA - My Beau - Leigh Mesher

John Williams - Middleburg, VA - Carrick - John Williams

Named to compete as individuals are:

The decision regarding which horses Vinoski and Tryon will ride will be made following the inspection of the cross country course and the first horse inspection.
