British Riders React to London Explosions

One day after the euphoria of seeing their home country being granted the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, the mood was somber amongst the riders from Great Britain who are competing at the North American Tournament.

The IOC announced today that London has been selected as the host city for the 2012 Olympic Games. London beat out 4 other cities including Moscow, New York, Madrid and Paris.

California Win for Young B.C. Rider

In their first outing of the 2005 show jumping season Christopher Lowe of Burnaby, BC won the Showpark Spring Festival Open Jumper Classic in Del Mar, CA aboard Jackpot, the 10-year-Oldenburg gelding he has partnered with for five years. They put in the fastest of only two clear rounds over a very technical, challenging track set by international course designer Leopoldo Palacios of Venezuela.


Top Twenty Finish for Canada’s Eric Lamaze at 2005 World Cup Final

Eric Lamaze of Schomberg, ON, ended his World Cup bid with a 16th place finish in the 2005 Budweiser World Cup Final of Show Jumping held April 20-24 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
